We seek quiet, respectful tenants to join our community in our beautiful, recently renovated heritage home.

With 12 offices we have a number of other mental health professionals as private tenants and a diverse team at Complete Wellbeing.

Rent is all-inclusive, with no additional charges to pay.

Offices to Rent: What you get!

  • Shared waiting room, staff kitchen / lunch room, staff shower, wifi, cleaning, AC, heat, WiFi and utilities.
  • Weekly cleaning.
  • Client washroom on every floor.
  • Crocs and slippers for clients to use.
  • Hours - flexible, no restriction on start or finish times on your scheduled days.
  • Opening window or door for fresh air and natural light, own heat / AC unit.
  • We can negotiate the use of JaneApp (booking / invoices / EMR), linens, pillows and fleece blankets for an extra cost.
  • Parking is available onsite for tenants at $35 incl tax per month for one day per week. Disounts for 3 or more days per week.
  • As a Landlord we are "can do".. if we can we will. Approachable, human, and providers ourselves, we "get it".
