3. Large and Spinal Joint Mobilisation
Osteopaths use joint mobility techniques to help increase range of motion. Mobilisation is particularly useful for osteoarthritis.
4. Acupuncture
Many Ottawa Chiropractors incorporate acupuncture into their treatments. Acupuncture is particularly valuable for helping acute pain conditions.
5. Cranial and Visceral Manipulation
Cranial and visceral manipulation techniques are unique to Ottawa Osteopaths. Cranial Osteopathy is particularly useful in the treatment of babies and young children. While visceral techniques are helpful for people with digestive issues.
