What is Mental Health Coaching?
Mental Health Coaching with Lunette Johnson takes a holistic approach to your mental health.
It gives you the skills to make changes while addressing the many aspects of your life that keep you from prospering physically, psychologically, and spiritually.
The focus is to help you heal, energise, and become aware of your inner strengths.
This is achieved by providing a neutral, safe space, listening to your concerns, and customising a treatment plan. For example, a session may incorporate elements of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy and strengthening cards to provide practical, individualised mental health care.
Lunette offers sessions for individual children, youth and adults, and for families and couples.
She is experienced in recognising the unconscious elements, mostly thoughts, feelings, emotions and perceptions, that emerge during the sessions and will validate them with you.

How many sessions will I need?
You determine that in discussion with Lunette. The aim is to assist you in achieving your goals and reaching a point where you no longer need her support. For some, it is a few sessions; for others, it may be more.
Are Sessions Covered by Health Benefits?
Extended health benefits do not cover the cost of coaching with Lunette. However, if you have a "Lifestyle Spending Account," you can use that.
Lunette does offer a sliding scale and has reduced rates for students and older people. You can discuss this with her during the Free Discovery Session if needed.
