Lunette Johnson is passionate about the importance of mental health and the need for mental health solutions.
For nearly a decade, she has worked with clients of all ages affected by diverse mental health issues.
Her roles have included the Boys and Girls Club, child and youth worker, memory care for seniors and shelter support working with women with mental health issues.
Lunette is committed to high ethical standards and professionalism in her client work. She provides a warm, welcoming, non-judgemental and empathic setting.

Mental Health Coaching
Being uncertain about the next steps in life can be challenging and overwhelming.
Coaching with Lunette Johnson is a great way to have an open dialogue about mental health solutions.
Lunette uses coaching and elements of hypnosis to focus on your unconscious mind and to facilitate change.
She will recognize subconscious elements, mostly thoughts, feelings, emotions and perceptions that emerge during the sessions and validate them with you.
She appreciates the ability to connect with others.
Therapy with Lunette Johnson
Most clients come to see Lunette weekly or biweekly.
The frequency is up to you in and will be decided in discussion with Lunette.

Outside of work
Lunette is very involved in the Ottawa community; she has lent her charisma to hosting and coordinating multiple events, from fashion shows to fundraisers and empowering workshops.
Her self-started event, Art Child, worked to preserve the development and support of Arts programs in our Nation's Capital. It debuted at Carleton University on the 29th of January, 2012, with free performances, workshops, and a fashion show to end the evening.
Since then, Lunette Johnson has been a driving force in developing programs for children, youth, and seniors.
